They will not use another person’s payment instrument without the necessary authorization.
They will not initiate or participate in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims relating to a genuine transaction.
Minnions Marketing may request reasonable information or documentation where necessary to verify a transaction or prevent payment fraud.
If we reasonably suspect that a transaction involves a stolen card, unauthorized payment method, identity fraud, payment fraud, or other unlawful activity, we may suspend the order/service and cooperate with the payment processor, bank, law-enforcement agency, or other competent authority as permitted or required by law.

Any examples, case studies, estimates, or projections are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of future results.
7. YouTube and Third-Party Platforms
For YouTube SEO, social media marketing, advertising, SEO, and other platform-related services, results may depend on third-party platforms.
Minnions Marketing does not control changes to third-party algorithms, policies, features, restrictions, suspensions, outages, or decisions.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their content and accounts comply with applicable third-party platform policies.
8. Customer Content and Account Access
Where necessary, customers may provide content, account access, documents, images, videos, credentials, or other materials.
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and authorization to provide such materials.
Customers should not provide unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Minnions Marketing retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, systems, processes, templates, methodologies, tools, and know-how.
Customer-provided content remains the property of the customer or its respective owner.
Final deliverables created specifically for the customer will be subject to the ownership or licensing terms communicated for the relevant service.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Minnions Marketing’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.
10. Digital Products
Digital products, courses, downloadable resources, templates, and electronically delivered materials may be subject to access limitations and licensing conditions.
Unless otherwise permitted in writing, customers may not redistribute, resell, share, or commercially reproduce purchased digital materials.
11. Training & Courses
Course access, duration, modules, trainers, schedules, and delivery methods may vary depending on the purchased program.
Certificates, internships, placement assistance, or other benefits will be provided only where specifically included in the purchased program.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or any particular career outcome.
12. Physical Products

Where a customer raises a complaint or dispute, Minnions Marketing may provide relevant transaction records, invoices, communications, service records, delivery information, and other evidence to the relevant payment provider or competent authority, where legally permitted or required.
